透過一個神奇的鍋子,烹飪的過程當中沒有油煙、低溫免水的方式煮食,風味佳又營養。
今天的菜單有:
貴妃雞、瓜仔肉、蒸蛋、炒高麗菜、蘿蔔排骨湯、白飯
這種烹飪方式是由一位外國的女科學家發明,不同於傳統的媽媽在聲音吵雜的抽油煙機、油膩的廚房環境下烹飪,這個女科學家夢想能有一個開放式的廚房、沒有油煙,廚房同時也能擺上窗簾、盆栽等飾品,簡單的烹飪過程而且又能穿的漂漂亮亮!
In the afternoon of February 28, I and some of my friends prepared some materials and cooked together.
By a magic cooking utensils, we cooked in a way of non soot, low-temperature and non water. It was not only delicious but nutritious as well.
It was created by a foreign female scientist. On the contrary to the traditional cooking condition of loudness and greasiness. The scientist dreamed to have a open kitchen environment, non-greasy and could be decorated with decorations like window curtains and potted plants. It was a easy cooking process and cooks can put on a beautiful dress.
